Our goal is to find the right resident/tenant for our client’s property matching our leasing criteria and conditions. We want the Tenant agents to understand our need and process so we can make the transaction smooth and easy for every one.

Agents should first review the client documents against our leasing criteria in prospective residents page, before requesting showing or having their clients apply, to ensure that their client will qualify.
Agents must show the property to their clients by scheduling the showing in order to collect the leasing fee. You can schedule showing for lease listings at https://showmojo.com/
Agents should request your client to apply online using link https://rentapp.zipreports.com/. They need to upload all required document to process the application timely.
Ask your client to put your name under Showing agent box in the online application to get your fare share of commission.
Once we receive the application, it will be processed and status will be communicated to you accordingly.
Please check our application process and questions related to leasing our properties. If applicant is approved, we will draft the lease agreement and related documents and send for your review and your client signature.
After the lease contract is executed, please send us the ABB & W9 from your broker to process the payments.
Make sure to check the compensation information in the MLS listing because it varies depending on the properties and lease duration.
We request you to help us get the Move-In checklist from your client after they moved in to start processing your part of the commission.
